Travel Insurance/Protection
Illume recommends that you purchase travel insurance to cover the cost of the investment you have made in your travel program. Travel insurance provides peace of mind and protection against the unexpected.
Please read the illume Conditions and Clauses to review the charges that will apply in the event that you cancel
your program participation. The Event Registration link on each TRC has a copy of our Conditions and Clauses.
There are no extenuating circumstances under which these can be waived.
Group Deluxe Plan
Illume offers you the option of adding a Group Deluxe Insurance Plan to your program. The Group Deluxe Plan provides 100% reimbursement if cancelling for a covered reason, and 0% reimbursement if cancelling for an uncovered reason.
Group Deluxe Plan with Cancel for Any Reason
The Group Deluxe With Cancel For Any Reason Plan provides 100% reimbusement if cancelling for a covered reason, and 75% reimbursement if cancelling for an uncovered reason.
This policy is provided by Travel Insured International and is available for download below. Please review for a list of covered reasons. You can sign up for the plan through the links provided with your Welcome e-mail. You will receive a Welcome e-mail after your first deposit check has been received and deposited. All questions concerning covered reasons for cancellation, coverage while traveling, and benefits are best answered by calling Travel Insured's customer care line at 1-844-440-8113.
